今回は、弊社の生徒様で、最近無事に「Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)」を取得された方の例をご紹介致します。
【受講コース】Secretarial Studies (DVS) + Secretarial Studies – Legal (AVS)

【PGWP承認】2019年11月08日
この方は、2つのコースを合わせて1800時間以上にする、いわゆる「コンバインコース」を受講されていらっしゃいました。
1800時間以上をコンバインコースで修了した場合、PGWPが3年間発行されないケースが発生しておりましたが、ポイントを押さえて申請を行えば、問題なく3年間発行されることが証明されました！
※ 1800時間以上の職業訓練コースを修了し、弊社を通してPGWPを申請された方の中には、これまで3年間のPGWPが発行されなかった例はございません。
PGWPとは？
就学期間をもとに発行される、卒業後の就労ビザです。8ヶ月〜最大3年まで発行され、一生の間で一度のみ、受け取ることができます。
PGWPは、以下のような教育機関を卒業すると発行されます。ケベック州の職業訓練コースは、1) 2) 3) のどれかに当てはまります。
| 1 | A public post-secondary institution (e.g. college / trade or technical school / university / CEGEP) |
| 2 | A private post-secondary institution that operates under the same rules and regulations as public institutions in Quebec |
| 3 | A private secondary or post-secondary institution in Quebec offering qualifying programs of 900 hours or longer leading to DVS or AVS |
| 4 | A Canadian, private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees, such as an associate, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree, but only if the student is enrolled in a program of study leading to a degree, as authorized by the province, which may not include all programs of study offered by the private institution |
